The Staunton Choral Society is seeking a passionate, dedicated and accomplished Choral Director. The ideal candidate has a graduate-level musical education combined with a deep knowledge of choral repertoire, performance practices, and excellent conducting skills. The successful Choral Director will recruit, inspire and enable singers to perform at their best, fostering a sense of community and commitment within the group.

First Rehearsal: Jan 13

Due to weather, our rehearsal was canceled last week, January 6. We are on schedule for January 13th. Please join us in the fellowship hall of Christ Lutheran Church on 2807 N Augusta St, Staunton, VA at 6:30 PM.

Good snowy Monday morning everyone,

We are definitely walking in a 'Winter Wonderland' this morning. "Let it Snow! Let it Snow! Let it Snow!" they said. Well, it did just that!

So, because of the amount of snow that we have gotten so far, the road conditions and I know they won't be in a hurry to clear the church parking lot. I am cancelling our rehearsal tonight.

I hope to see everyone next week. Stay safe and warm and don't travel unless you have to!
